About the Role
Selena Iberia is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional HR Manager to lead HR operations across Spain, Portugal, and selected cross-border projects (e.g., France). This role is critical in driving performance, cost discipline, and employee engagement across both distribution and production entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations across Spain, Portugal, and selected cross-border projects (e.g. France), ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
Translate business goals into HR strategies that drive performance and efficiency.
Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning with a focus on cost control.
Report HR data and workforce metrics to HQ accurately and on time.
Monitor and improve HR KPIs such as turnover, engagement, and cost per hire.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to support retention and productivity.
Coach managers on performance management and team development.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and internal governance standards.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR budgeting with a focus on ROI.
Support M&A activities including due diligence and team integration.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a performance-driven environment.
Proven track record of delivering HR strategies that support business growth and cost optimization.
Strong knowledge of Spanish employment legislation, compliance standards and collaboration with Trade Unions
Bilingual Communication – Fluent in Spanish and English.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
