Join GEA's Global Procurement team as a Trainee and contribute to shaping the future of our Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes worldwide.
You will work within S2P Governance & Supplier Management, a true Center of Excellence that drives innovation, digitalization, and operational excellence across the entire procurement journey.
Responsibilities / Tasks
In this role, you won't just support Procurement — you will help transform it. Your tasks will include:
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, structure, and analyze data related to S2P processes.
* Dashboard & Presentation Preparation: Create insightful dashboards (e.g., in Power BI) and prepare slide decks for management.
* Project Support: Assist in internal projects with research, documentation, and preparation.
* Supplier & Process Support: Contribute to supplier management, user support, and IT tool assistance.
* Management Requests: Respond to ad-hoc requests with reports, data, and actionable insights.

Your Profile / Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a university in Spain, studying Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, IT (with commercial focus), or similar.
* Skills & Competencies:
o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
o Structured, organized, and persistent
o Ability to work independently and dig into details
* Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (German is a plus)
* Technical Skills:
o Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
o Experience with task automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, n8n, MS Copilot, web scraping) is a great advantage
o Optional: Programming skills or SAP knowledge
