* Role: Software engineer / security engineer
* Location: hybrid in Barcelona (8 days per month on site)
* Language: English and Spanish fluent
Responsibilities
* Develop secure cloud-native services focused on KMS, encryption, secrets management, and data protection.
* Build and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs in Kubernetes environments.
* Automate service lifecycle management and improve platform reliability and scalability.
* Collaborate closely with infrastructure and reliability teams in ownership-driven environments.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Requirements
* Strong Software Engineering background with hands-on experience in Golang and Kubernetes.
* Interest in KMS, cloud security, encryption, and distributed systems.
* Experience building backend services and working with REST APIs.
* Ability to work in cloud-native environments with strong ownership and operational mindset.
* Motivated to learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team.
