Responsibilities
  • Deliver the JBP—price, promotion, distribution, feature, NPD and brand content—to have a best‑in‑class execution plan in National Accounts.
  • Be accountable for the Customer P&L and contribute to deliver our Financial targets: NSV, GP, ROI, Value Share.
  • Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands and elevate Customer voice internally to ensure creation of Insight‑led plan.
  • Negotiate to deliver Financial targets, Distribution & Visibility targets, activating our Brands in the Accounts.
  • Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes (e.g., monthly performance review, annual Bottom‑Up Plan creation).
  • Complete pre‑ and post‑evaluation of promotions & activities.
Skills
  • Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate, and influence best‑in‑class plans.
  • Experience managing National Accounts.
  • Manage key stakeholders across the business at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Must be able to think creatively and develop strong activation plans that will drive rate of sale and distribution of our brands in the Accounts.
  • Be competent in using PowerPoint, Excel and forecasting/data tools.
