Maintenance Technician's work is performed satisfactorily when:
* Maintenance and repair work is carried out correctly and on time, taking into account the importance or urgency of the work.
* The material and work tools are taken care of and the workshop is well organised.
* Energy and material saving policies are followed and the waste generated is recycled.
* Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on issues that may affect the hotel's operations and the wellbeing of guests.
The usual responsibilities of the position are:
Repair and maintenance of the hotel's electrical and plumbing systems, etc. Care and repair of the hotel suites according to the needs of guests and employees. Exterior landscape maintenance.

The person we are looking for should have the following qualities:
* Open minded, position related studies and European citizenship.
* Highly service, customer and results oriented.
* At least one year of experience in hotel maintenance.
* Knowledge related to the maintenance of 5 star/luxury hotels.
* Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
* Estimated start date March/April 2025 and estimated end date October 2025.
