P职位描述: /pp1. 负责海外地区本地雇员及中国外派员工的人力运营工作 (包含但不限于入离调转、合同管理、档案管理、非现金福利,本地供应商对接等); /pp2. 搭建并制定人力运营方案、工作流程、服务标准,确保合法合规、流程高效、良好员工体验; /pp3. 集团人力政策流程海外本地落地; /pp4. 发起并主导海外人力项目,持续改善人力运营工作; /pp5. HR系统数据维护,信息化支持。 /pp1. Responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas areas and Chinese expatriate employees (including but not limited to transfers, contract management, file management, non-cash benefits, local supplier docking, etc.). /pp2. Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience. /pp3. Implementation of the group’s human resources policies and procedures overseas locally. /pp4. Initiate and lead overseas human resources projects and continuously improve human resources operations. /pp5. HR system data maintenance and digitalization support. /ppbr/pp职位要求: /pp有Ops相关工作经验优先 /pp1. 本科及以上学历; /pp2. 3-7年工作经验,有海外HR工作经验优先; /pp3. 有人力运营相关体系搭建及项目管理经验优先; /pp4. 英语可作为工作语言,有第三外语经验优先; /pp5. 能熟练使用办公软件,有良好的沟通能力。 /pp1. Bachelor degree or above. /pp2. 3-7 years of work experience, overseas HR work experience is preferred. /pp3. Priority will be given to those with experience in system construction and project management related to HR operations. /pp4. English can be used as a working language, holding third foreign language is preferred. /pp5. Be proficient in using office software and have good communication skills. /p
