To accelerate the growth in B2B we are entering new markets and have been building a channel partner programme with an established player in the US market. We are looking for an experienced channel partner manager who can take our current relationship to the next level and execute a winning strategy for the long term.
What does a Senior Key Account Manager do at Busuu?
The Senior Key Account Manager will be in charge of driving revenue growth through implementing our reseller strategy with our main strategic partner in the US. We are looking for someone who can own, design and implement a winning strategy and tactics to continue growing the client base with our strategic reseller in the US.
Your core responsibilities will be to enhance and scale a channel partner programme that will empower resellers to go to market selling Busuu like we would. Also, improving processes and operations both with internal stakeholders and externally with our partner will be crucial to succeed in this role.
This is a strategic hire to accelerate the B2B growth working in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer and Customer Success leadership.
What will you do at Busuu?
* Develop and improve the commercial and operational model for our channel partnership in the US.
* Collaborate with Engagement Managers to ensure effective implementation of channel partner onboarding programs and overall engagement throughout the programmes.
* Grow and nurture relationships with partners youve signed so they become reliable sources of revenue and feel looked after and cared for.
* Provide initial and ongoing demonstrations and training to channel partners to ensure that they are fully informed of Busuus value proposition, products and services.
* Devise business plans, marketing strategies & initiatives to enable channels sales partners.
* Accurately forecast projected bookings revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Develop KPIs to hold partners accountable and introduce routines to review performance.
* Drive customer references, case studies and referrals.
