Position Overview
The main function of the position is the entry of customer orders into the computer system, ensuring the quality of the information provided and minimizing errors. Once the order has been entered, relevant departments, including invoicing, must be informed. Occasionally, you may replace the functions of a customer care representative or support tasks carried out by this team.
Qualifications
* Professional training in the administrative field or equivalent
* Fluent in French & English; basic knowledge of Spanish
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Fast and accurate data entry skills
* Adaptable with a teamwork mindset
