We are looking for an HR Specialist for a multinational engineering company based in Sant Cugat.
Main Responsibilities :
Administration : contract management, liaison with the accounting firm, career plans, various documentation.
Coordination of address changes, absences, new hires, profile modifications, and onboarding.
Maintenance of employee lists and management of training and diplomas.
Payroll management : handling variables and bonuses for the accounting firm (the payroll is processed by them).
Requirements :
More than 10 years of experience in generalist HR tasks.
Strong organizational and management skills.
