Funciones
We are seeking an experienced professional in software development who can effectively combine functional and technical analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate is well-organized, quality-oriented, and capable of leading teams and managing projects independently in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional and technical analysis to define business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
Lead small development teams within project-based environments.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and release management.
Ensure code quality and compliance with established development standards and best practices.
Ensure the availability and performance of the solutions and applications under their responsibility.
Manage the flow of incidents, requests, and small enhancements, ensuring proper maintenance of the different modules of the Middle Office platform, including communication with stakeholders and resolution teams.
Coordinate maintenance deployments and ensure alignment with project releases.
Coordinate regression testing for all releases, including maintenance releases, incidents, and enhancements.
Comply with and adhere to the guidelines established by the Architecture, Security, and PMO teams.
Requisitos
Proven experience in software development.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
Solid experience in functional and technical analysis.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
Ability to work in an English-speaking environment with international stakeholders.
