Through this program, selected students will gain hands-on professional experience as Python Engineers at Toloka AI, while earning their degree at Harbour.Space's Barcelona campus.

The company collaborates with frontier labs, major tech firms, AI startups, enterprises, and non-profit research organizations worldwide.By combining Experts + Crowd + Technology Platform, Toloka helps AI models learn to reason and evaluate their performance safely and effectively.Harbour.Space and Toloka are seeking junior to mid-level candidates eager to contribute to impactful AI projects while advancing their academic and professional development through this unique dual program.Core Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience writing Python codeDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Hands-on experience with AI code agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, or RooCodeProficient in writing and debugging DockerfilesExperience with CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitHub Actions)Familiar with backend frameworks such as FastAPI or FlaskCapable of setting up local development environments (devcontainers, .env, Makefiles)Nice to Have Experience with additional languages (C, C++, Rust, Go, JS, TS, etc.)Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) serversExperience building LLM evaluation tools or scoring systemsStrong understanding of testing practices: unit, integration, functional (pytest)Knowledge of how agent systems are structured, evaluated, and measuredWhat You'll Be Working On Developing sandboxes for safely running and testing AI agentsBuilding tools for writing tasks and test cases for agentsDesigning CI/CD pipelines to run checks and evaluate agent performanceCreating developer environments for experts working on these tasksProviding repo templates and scripts to streamline onboarding for new contributorsDeveloping interfaces for tracking task inputs and agent resultsTuition fee scholarship to study a full degree in Computer Science at Harbour.Space6 hours internship per day at TolokaCompetitive compensationOpportunity to join the company full-time after graduationPlease note : Preselected candidates will be requested to pay a non-refundable application fee of 125€ to study at Harbour.Space Institute.Study Commitment: 3 hours/dayYou will complete 14 modules (each three weeks long) in one year.
