About the Role
Are you a Spanish speaker and looking for a remote opportunity? Join an international customer support team supporting users of a global digital platform, while working comfortably from home within Greece.

Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with account inquiries, bookings, changes, cancellations, and payments
Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-focused approach
Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal procedures
Manage a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring quality
Collaborate with remote team members to achieve service-level targets
Candidate Profile
Spanish language: C1–C2 level
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, xcskxlj self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup
