Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within your designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency
* Assist in recipe development with a creative touch, contributing to menu items
* Work with fermentations, dry-aging, and house-made products, following kitchen guidelines
* Uphold kitchen standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Follow hygiene, safety, and quality control standards to guarantee top-quality food output
Requirements
* Culinary experience (fine dining is a plus, Michelin-star background is even better)
* A strong work ethic and a passion for cooking

* Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
* Attention to detail & consistency in execution
