Job Description VEOLIA GRADUATE PROGRAM 2026 Chemfeed Project Engineer Location : Iberia (Based Madrid or Central Spain area) Required : DEGREE IN Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar field Application Deadline : 19th April 2026 Salary : NOTE: The title 'Graduate 2026' relates to our program name, not the year we expect you to have graduated. Our Graduate Program is our commitment to developing talented employees through: Structured training on both essential and technical skills Networking opportunities A dedicated support network of a Program Leader, Line Manager, Mentor, Coach, and HR Manager Experiential learning, delivered on a monthly basis Four times in-person workshops at key locations at our operations across Europe A Sustainability Challenge to develop your entrepreneurial skills Regular reviews with your support network - and a great chance for feedback As a Graduate Chemfeed Project Engineer, you will provide technical and project management support for chemical control and dosing systems across Iberia. Working closely with the Chemfeed Team Leader, you'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge water treatment technologies, support field operations, and engage directly with customers. This role offers extensive travel opportunities across Iberia and abroad, allowing you to develop expertise in chemical feed systems while contributing to sustainable water treatment solutions that protect our environment. Day-to-Day Duties and Learnings: Assist the engineering team with design drawings, documents, material specifications, and technical bid evaluations for Chemfeed projects Provide onsite technical support for chemical dosing systems and water treatment installations across Iberia Conduct job site visits to collect and deliver design and engineering data, meeting with customers and engineers Prepare project specifications and technical drawings to ensure installations meet standards and customer requirements Coordinate installation, maintenance, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and codes Resolve specialty-related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards Propose new instrumentation solutions and improvements for existing systems Lead technical discussions with customers, acting as their focal point to ensure satisfaction and requirements are met
