Our client, is an international product company in the gambling sector. The role focuses on streamlining HR processes and automating operations, particularly through the HiBob platform. This is a part-time position, with adaptable working hours and the need for regular availability to join team calls and ensure overlap with the team’s time zone.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the automation of HR functions using HiBob, including processes like onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Review and implement new or existing HR processes, policies, and frameworks in alignment with business goals.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, with a focus on performance and employee lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with department representatives to identify people management needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Conduct eNPS analysis to drive effective HR solutions and improve employee engagement.
- Develop compensation and benefits strategies based on eNPS outcomes and performance reviews.
- Provide expert guidance on HR compliance, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in the IT and/or iGaming industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all HR tasks.
- A data-driven approach to HR processes.
- Expertise in automating HR functions using HiBob.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR processes.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing performance management cycles.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
