Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Strong Project Management foundation – PMP or equivalent certification (desired), experienced in managing complex IT projects end-to-end.
- Technical literacy – able to understand system architectures, integrations, and digital products enough to challenge and support technical teams (not a coder, but “tech fluent”).
- Agile / hybrid delivery experience – comfortable blending agile practices with traditional PM governance to deliver faster and adapt to changes.
- Stakeholder management & communication – excellent at bridging business and technical teams, translating needs and constraints both ways.
- Problem-solving & proactive mindset – can anticipate risks, unblock issues, and drive decisions with limited supervision.
- Experience in Operational Business Process in the warehouse is a plus.
- English proficiency – high level required.
