This is your chance to own core responsibilities such as implementing strong internal controls, overseeing IFRS compliance, managing audits, and leading budgeting, cash flow, and financial risk management processes. /p pb Job Responsibilities /b /pulli Ensure the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal controls and financial procedures across the Reporting function. /lili Review and validate financial statements prepared under IFRS (BS, PL), including revenue recognition and consolidation performed by the Accounting team. /lili Coordinate and manage external and internal audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. /lili Supervise external consultants and internal accounting teams involved in payroll preparation, tax filings, and critical payments. /lili Oversee regular reconciliation processes (bank, intercompany, general ledger), ensuring accuracy and completeness. /lili Participate in cash flow planning and perform periodic liquidity controls. /lili Control and manage intragroup transactions and payments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. /lili Oversee budget and forecast preparation, including review, challenge, and monitoring of variances. /lili Evaluate and monitor financial and operational risks, proposing mitigation measures. /lili Monitor company liabilities, including accounts payable and tax obligations, and support cost-optimisation and margin-improvement initiatives. /lili Contribute to reporting automation and process optimisation, including participation in IT system implementation or enhancement projects. /lili Collaborate closely with other departments such as Treasury, FPA, Legal, Tax, Internal Control, and Procurement in cross-functional processes and projects. /lili Support the development and enforcement of accounting policies and procedures across entities and jurisdictions. /li /ul pb Required Hard Skills and Education /b /pulli3–5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Financial Reporting Specialist, or similar role. /lili Experience in managing of people. /lili Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CFA (completed or in progress).
