(KEY RESPONSABILITIES)
- Coordinate with OEM/customer on directed-buy supplier requirements.
- Manage contracts, pricing, and terms with directed suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, compliance).
- Resolve issues related to delays, quality, or capacity.
- Support cost analysis and reporting for directed-buy programs.
- Ensure adherence to company and customer compliance standards.
(REQUIREMENTS)
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in automotive change management or program management.
- Knowledge of BOM, ECO processes, and automotive quality systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- English proficiency required.(B2)
