Assess, make recommendations, and execute consistently solutions following local legislation and Company guidelines and values.- HR Policies: proactively act as consultant to all members of the organization on people programs, policies, tools, and best practices to increase employees and managers capability to be more self-sufficient.- Global processes: participate and lead with other Cluster's Advisory Leads on global strategies and processes (i.e., salary and bonus review, succession planning, leadership capabilities program).- People Management: Guide and coordinate employee relations activity, recruitment, termination, sanctions, grievances etc.- To ensure company processes are implemented, considering minimum requirements and legal compliance. Advising local and non local managers on correct pro-active measures, provide accurate documentation and policies/processes.- Global processes: performance, goal setting, salary and bonus review, employee survey, smart working policies implementation.- Recruitment: To ensure that managers carry out the correct company process for recruitment activity within the country. Provide full hiring cost to managers for business analysis. Be in contact with recruitment team and assisting on recruitment process. Onboarding process.- Transitions: To assist/lead any assigned ARD/Transitions (in or out) for the country ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget, with no risk to the business. - Health and safety: To manage health and safety for the country, liaising with external EHS provider. To ensure that JLL follows local regulations. Coordinate risks assessments, coordination of business activities with all employees based in client, training, medical examinations, provide EHS information. Labor Accidents analysis. Implementation and certification of ISO 45001 Management System.
