OMG is looking for a Brand Specialist
The Brand Specialist will provide stewardship and analysis of all media and communications across various media channels in a cost-effective manner.
Based in Madrid at the OMG Offices, she/he will lead the development of communication plans aligned with client objectives and strategies. The role involves ensuring the effective and efficient execution of these plans for individual or groups of clients.
The candidate will maximize returns on advertising and promotional activities across multimedia channels, including digital (display, internet), print (newspapers, magazines), radio, television, films, outdoor media (posters, digital billboards), and analyze consumer behavior, circulation, audience trends, and campaign impact.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Client Orientation: Provide high-quality service by understanding client needs, objectives, and delivering business goals through strategic media recommendations.
* Knowledge Development: Develop an understanding of the client's business and industry, build relationships with suppliers, and understand market media offerings.
* Campaign Analysis: Identify target audiences, analyze results, and derive insights to meet and exceed client goals.
* Media Planning: Create media plans using internal tools (e.g., Demilpa, AMI Digital), and manage data from tagging to reporting, liaising with clients and internal teams.
* Reporting and Evaluation: Compile competitive reports with in-depth analysis, explain implications, and ensure accurate rate and discount application.
* Media Knowledge: Develop skills to identify components of media plans, forecast digital media objectives, and evaluate plans effectively.
* Trading and Buying: Ensure correct rates and discounts are used, build relationships with the investment team, and understand briefing processes for optimal outcomes.
* Tools and Platforms: Use planning and buying tools (e.g., Demilpa, AMI Digital), research sources (Kantar, Infoadex, Comscore), and MS Office applications.
* Marketing Channels: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of marketing communication channels, including digital platforms such as Sizmek, Comscore, Google Analytics, DCM.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
* Minimum 4 years of experience in digital and offline media planning roles.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
* Deep understanding of marketing communication channels and platforms.
* Continuous learner with a drive for personal development.
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written.
* Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
* EU work permit is mandatory.
