What you will do 
As a Sales Executive for Independent Hotels, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue by selling Lighthouse’s Indy product suite to independent hotels. Your role involves managing outbound sales activities, understanding customer needs, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals to achieve sales targets. 
Key responsibilities include: 
- Actively seeking and developing new business opportunities within the independent hotel market. 
- Managing outbound sales activities for a designated portfolio of independent hotels. 
- Selling the Lighthouse Indy product suite, including Pricing Manager, Channel Manager, Reservation Manager, and Booking Engine. 
- Identifying customer needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to drive adoption of Lighthouse products. 
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with independent hotel clients. 
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize revenue. 
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives. 
- Collaborating with the SDR team to identify and develop opportunities within the assigned territory. 
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand Lighthouse’s presence in the market. 
- Keeping track of sales activities in our CRM system and meeting or exceeding KPI targets. 
- Developing and executing business development plans to achieve sales targets and optimize sales strategies. 
- Providing client feedback to the Product Development team to enhance product offerings.

Who you are 
- Minimum experience of at least one year in a similar sales role. 
- Exceptional command of the English & German language is essential for this role. 
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry. 
- Strong understanding of independent hotel operations and their technology needs. 
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. 
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. 
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce. 
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. 
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
