Description of the Department/Project: The quality department focuses on continuous improvement, processes, and customer claims.
Responsibilities include:
* Escalating customer issues and supporting collaborative resolution.
* Leading the execution of customer complaints and containment actions for known problems.
* Collaborating with the methods department to apply quality fundamentals.
* Updating the robustness program (PCP, PFMEA, RPNs).
* Empowering process owners to describe, animate, and measure processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Coordinating the implementation of changes and monitoring their sustainability.
What you will learn: Logistic processes, continuous improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, teamwork, and analytics/reporting of KPIs.
Candidate requirements:
* Recent graduate in Engineering.
* Available to start a 1-year program in May 2025.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
* Curious and proactive behavior.
