Description
The chosen candidates will be responsible of the following tasks:
* Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
* Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
* Handle customer inquiries related to billing and resolve discrepancies professionally
* Maintain accurate financial records and update billing systems as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing processes
* Generate and analyze billing reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Comply with all company policies and industry regulations related to billing and invoicing
* Support the accounting and finance team with other administrative tasks as required
Profile
A successful Billing Specialist should have:
* Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field
* Experience in billing or invoicing processes, preferably in a multinational environment
* Experience in using billing software and financial systems
* SSC experience is a plus
* High level of English is mandatory
* Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
