Then Kellogg Europe is the place for you because at Kellogg’s we focus on agility, growth and innovation.Our colleagues in the **HR team **are looking for a new **Junior HR Business Partner **for Valls Plant in Spain.**The role purpose**:Support the HR department in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs in support of the required plant strategy**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Contribute to designing local training activities and talent management strategies and support implementations of those strategies in the plant- Owning and driving the activities coming out of Assessments, Global Opinion Survey as part of People Centre of Excellence.- Establish strong credible relationships with people managers and employees, recognizing and tackling business issues, assessing potential HR requirements and implementing appropriate solutions to address these- Collaborate to design and implement innovative and/or strategic HR programs within the plant including the execution of Supply Chain key projects- Roll out of corporate programs (.E.G K Value, Comp planning, etc) and Supply Chain Projects at plant level (translation and delivery)- Support compensation planning processes across the plant (manager and technician levels)- Support the delivery of HR initiatives such as Talent Management (non manager levels) & People Capability at the Plant.
