Position Summary
As an Associate Indirect Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our channel partners, enabling them to maximize their success with BMC solutions. You will design and execute a go-to-market strategy, deliver revenue growth, and support customer happiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
- Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
- Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
- Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
Required Qualifications
- You have experience as a Sales Professional, Solution Architect, Presales or Consultant type roles within the technology or software industry.
- 2+ years of previous full-sales cycle (from prospect to closing) outbound partner or field sales within a large enterprise software environment.
- You possess strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
- You have a strong technical foundation in one of the following areas: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
- You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- You have a results-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
- You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, showcasing value and impact while working collaboratively with teams and partners.
- German business professional level (C1) is required for this role.
- English language - business fluent level.
