Quality Assurance (Engineering) Tech Lead
to join our team. This role involves defining and executing QA strategy, managing teams of associates and agency contractors, and ensuring the quality of software products across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and delivery teams to enforce quality standards, enhance automation, and foster continuous improvement within scaled agile practices.
The ideal candidate will lead quality engineering initiatives, mentor QA engineers, and elevate the quality standards of our core GDP products and services across multiple brands and business units. You will work with product owners, tech leads, data analysts, and platform leads to facilitate cross-brand and cross-division product delivery, ensuring timely development and deployment of products for our global brands and divisions. Your responsibilities include driving quality for products like the GDP’s SSO platform, Consent Management, Identity and SSO experience, Customer Data Platform (CDP), CRM, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Customer Care systems.
Must Have
Strong technical expertise in software QA/engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency with QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Postman, JMeter.
Proficiency in Java;
experience with additional programming languages like Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.Js.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably on Azure Cloud.
Strong understanding of database technologies including relational, NoSQL, and data warehouses.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
Ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience in a global, multi-brand company.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
