The idóneo candidate will have expertise in commercial law, corporate governance, and company formation, with experience drafting and applying Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs).
- Coordinate and draft various contracts to ensure legal compliance and favorable terms.
- Analyze the legal viability of corporate projects, identifying risks and providing recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Plan and monitor compliance with data protection regulations, developing internal policies aligned with privacy requirements.
- Evaluate legislative changes' impact on the business and integrate updates into company policies.
