Main Purpose:
In this new strategic position, you will play a key role in our transformation initiatives and future growth.
The ideal candidate will work closely with finance partners to gather comprehensive requirements, design effective solutions, and lead the successful migration and implementation of our new Finance ERP.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with multi-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy solutions. The focus will be on our new selection of tools.
* Effectively translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching project goals and objectives.
* Prioritize and lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and team member alignment.
* Design and coordinate requirements: business analysis / requirements engineering / process modelling and ensure implementation within interdisciplinary teams.
* Serve as a domain guide on the product capabilities and recommended approaches, providing mentorship and suggestions to customers and the product team.
* Prepare and build project plans and estimates.
* Analyze and validate data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Creation of test plans based on detailed functional specifications.
* Carry out, evaluate, and communicate comprehensive quality assurance at each stage of systems development.
* Author and update internal and external documentation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Demonstrated ability (7 years +) as a Senior Business Analyst in a finance context with proven knowledge of Financial Accounting: General Ledger, Asset Accounting, integration with controlling, and management accounting.
* Experience in successfully migrating and integrating financial and accounting solutions.
* Experience in multi-geography, multi-market implementations, including deployment components.
* Strong relevant functional and/or technical hands-on experience in designing, building, and integrating Finance processes and management with ERP ecosystem.
* Excellent sophisticated problem-solving skills.
