Full-Time Team Leader,
reporting directly to the Store Management.
The position will start with a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of being made permanent based on performance and organizational needs.
Promote a customer centric culture by coaching sales teams on data collection and enrichment as well as on processes
Monitor performances of all in store customer engagement & customer care activities on a regular basis
A xqysrnh high degree of integrity, consistently leading by example in every situation
Fluency in
Spanish and English is essential
; At least 4 years of previous experience
in fashion/luxury retail, including
at least two years in management or team-leadership roles
