Role Mission
To lead and scale Devicare's global B2B business, defining and executing the commercial strategy, driving new growth opportunities, and managing a team of junior Business Development Managers.
Reporting Line
This position reports directly to the CEO .
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the international B2B Business Development strategy .
* Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of two junior Business Development Managers .
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors and strategic partners in existing and new territories.
* Travel regularly to visit current partners and prospect new business opportunities internationally.
* Negotiate complex, high-impact commercial agreements .
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Development teams to ensure strategic alignment.
* Conduct market, competitive, and trend analyses across the health, pharma, nutraceutical, and dermocosmetic sectors.
* Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients to drive sustainable growth.
* Manage and grow existing business while identifying upselling and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Life Sciences or a related field.
* 5–7+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, preferably in health, pharma, medical devices, dermocosmetics, or dietary supplements.
* Proven experience leading and developing teams .
* Strong strategic thinking, results-oriented mindset, and excellent negotiation skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
* Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar).
* Willingness to travel frequently internationally.
