We are actively seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain for a temporary period!

The Service Dispatcher role involves scheduling and assigning tasks to Customer Engineers and subcontractors for contract fulfillment, repairs, emergencies, and warranties. It also includes overseeing team operations, improving efficiency, collaborating with sales and project teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations for Emerson Network Power products and services.

What kind of work will you be doing?

* Receive and route service calls appropriately;
* Open customer service requests in ERP system;
* Process new orders for time and materials efficiently;
* Schedule service requests to optimize engineer productivity;
* Generate purchase orders for subcontractors following company policies;
* Manage battery recycling requests and invoicing;
* Coordinate repair center activities for low-power dispatching;
* Collect debriefing information for clear invoicing and inventory management;
* Invoice customers promptly upon job completion and close service requests accordingly;
* Manage customer service gateways webs as needed;
* Handle non-sale-related requirements and out-of-ERP shipments;
* Provide weekly revenue projections updates and escalate capacity or material shortages;
* Ensure efficiency, productivity, and overtime targets are met;
* Distribute workload fairly among customer engineers;
* Transfer leads to sales team;
* Liaise with accounting department for invoicing procedures and with service sales team for customer dispatch and information supply.

What will make you successful?

* School Background: Secondary Technical School;
* Languages: Fluent in local language, English, Spanish or Portuguese as third language preferred;
* Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience;
* Computer Literate: All office associated programs, ERP systems;
* Competencies & attitudes: Customer (internal and external) service oriented; Telephone skills; Ability to organize time; Well organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure;
* Technical / Functional skills: Able to manage people and coordinate/run projects; Well organized and able to work under pressure.
