Responsibilities
* Assesses operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for specific short term/project based and long term job assignments
* Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent to support their development
* Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps
* Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization
* Supports the redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate short term/project based and long term job opportunities/assignments
* Supports operational talent with tools and guidance for career mobility, based on skills and experience
* Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking
