As the right-hand to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will span:
- Executive Assistance – diary management, travel arrangements, task coordination - Sales Support – assisting with enquiries, client follow-up, CRM updates - Admin & Compliance – document management, preparing forms, basic legal/admin follow-up - Client Engagement – supporting on viewings, translating (if needed), and ensuring smooth communicationYou’ll be a great fit if you:
