Rapidly Growing Project in B2B Sales and Marketing

Join a dynamic team committed to continuous learning and development, offering career growth opportunities.

We are seeking a passionate individual for B2B sales, with expertise in maintaining existing accounts and acquiring new clients through effective management and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop large accounts with industrial, corporate, and public sector clients.
* Presentation of gas and electricity offers; preparation of administrative documentation and economic proposals in tenders for public clients.
* Development and maintenance of relationships with consultants and demand aggregators.
* Promotion of potential new clients and prescribers of end clients.
* Maintenance of the commercial portfolio aligned with the company's strategy.
* Sales activity reporting according to defined criteria.
* Achievement of targets in gas and electricity businesses, including margins, volume, and locations.
* Achievement of targets in value-added services with appropriate profitability.
* Building long-term relationships with clients and partners through high service standards and market knowledge.
* Representation of the company at events, fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.

Additional duties include proactive CRM management, creation of commercial documentation, market analysis, identification of new business opportunities, and provision of market feedback.


Qualifications and Skills:

* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or similar fields.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in energy sector trading companies or consulting firms.
* Familiarity with energy efficiency and/or installations is an asset.
* Consultative sales skills, negotiation, goal orientation, and relational abilities.
* Autonomy, versatility, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
* Driving license required.
* Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel) and CRM systems.
