Business Developer – International Distributors (Strength Equipment)

Titanium Strength is a leading brand in strength and fitness equipment, trusted by athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and professionals worldwide. We are on a mission to expand our global presence and are looking for an ambitious Business Developer to join our team.
What you’ll do
* Identify, approach, and build relationships with fitness shops, sports retailers (online & offline), and distributors across Europe (Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland, UK) and beyond (Americas, Africa, Asia).
* Develop new B2B opportunities to increase Titanium Strength’s footprint in both established and emerging markets.
* Manage the full distributor lifecycle – from lead generation and negotiation to onboarding and long-term relationship management.
* Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute joint promotional campaigns for both new and existing distributors.
* Support and process distributor orders, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
* Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
* Represent Titanium Strength at trade shows, expos, and industry events (when needed).
* Collaborate with the management team to shape and implement our global sales strategy.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in international business development, sales, or distribution partnerships (fitness/sports industry experience is mandatory).
* Proven track record of developing B2B sales channels and securing distributor agreements.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
* Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and drive growth in multiple markets.
* Fluent in English (additional European or international languages highly valued).
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
