Job overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth and develop new customers across Spain. In Spain we are the leader in oxygen concentrators and witnessing rapid growth in our PAP and mask product lines. This role covers the full Yuwell respiratory product portfolio. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and acquiring new customers, expanding distributor partnerships, building relationshisp with physicians, strengthening market presence, and driving sustainable revenue growth across the region.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each market within the region, aligned with Yuwell's broader European growth plan.
* Proactively identify, engage, and secure new customers across both public and private healthcare sectors.
* Build and deepen relationships with gas companies,distributors, strategic partners, healthcare networks, physicians, hospital procurement stakeholders.
* Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to ensure competitive positioning and long-term partnership value.
* Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth go-to-market execution.
* Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory trends, providing regular performance and strategy updates to leadership.
Qualifications and experience:
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within the respiratory products.
* Creative mindset, and ability to initiate and lead commercial strategies.
* Strong track record in new customer acquisition and regional business development.
* Established network across Spain.
* Experience with distributor management, hospital procurement processes, healthcare tendering, and multi-market sales execution.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn market insights into actionable plans.
* Fluent in English is highly advantageous.
