Medical Devices Operations & Sales Support Specialist

Neuraxpharm is looking for a Medical Devices Operations & Sales Support Specialist based in Barcelona, Spain

Your mission:

Provide expert technical and operational support for digital medical devices, ensuring their effective integration into healthcare environments and enabling the success of national sales and marketing initiatives. This role is key to driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, commercial technical support and the seamless deployment of innovative digital health solutions.

Your major accountabilities:

1. Focused on the customer journey, to solve the questions and requests from them, including Key Accounts, prescribers and patients: Support contract negotiations, service-level agreements, and implementation of patient management systems. Provide operational support in public tenders and procurement processes related to digital medical technologies. Provide field support and troubleshooting for healthcare professionals using connected medical devices, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
2. Ensure operational excellence in deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of digital tools.
3. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides to enhance customer experience and reduce support requests
4. Gather customer needs and specific requests and give answers and solutions to them.
5. Educate the internal teams and customers by developing training initiatives and onboarding processes regarding digital product usage.
6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics of digital tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to digital health and medical devices.
8. Take part in the cross functional team meetings and projects adding value to the marketing and the sales plan according to his/her responsibility.
9. Act as a key interface between local teams and corporate digital/medical device departments, facilitating alignment and knowledge transfer.

We would like you to have:

10. 3+ years of experience in digital medical solutions or connected health technologies.
11. Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and data privacy requirements.
12. Proven ability to support commercial teams and manage complex projects.
13. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
14. Experience in Developing and conducting technical training sessions.
15. Expert in local Regulation.
16. Commercial & training skills.
17. Cross-functional Collaboration with market access, regulatory, and medical affairs teams.
18. Hands on.
