IRP Systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicle market, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager in Spain.
You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in electric market segment. - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors. - Collaborate with finance, operations, and technical teams to understand product specifications and effectively communicate them to potential clients. - Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive sales initiatives. - Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Academic business degree or a related field in Electronics- must have. - Engineering background- must have. - 7+ years of experience in sales/account management in the automotive industry. - Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex multidisciplinary systems. - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships. - Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry – significant advantage - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. - Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive. - Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Fluency in English and local languages as applicable. - Willingness to travel frequently.
