This role is ideally suited to experienced professionals with a strong track record in major infrastructure or mission-critical environments who are comfortable working in a fly-in, fly-out capacity.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all commercial aspects of data centre construction projects- Provide accurate cost planning, procurement, and financial reporting- Administer contracts in line with project requirements and client standards- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and final accounts- Drive value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives- Monitor project progress, risks, and commercial performance- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, delivery, and client functionsRequirements- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on complex construction or infrastructure projects- Strong background in data centre (DC) or mission-critical environments preferred- Solid understanding of commercial management, contract administration, and cost control- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, international project environment- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- Willingness and flexibility to work on a fly-in, fly-out basisAdditional Criteria- EU passport strongly preferred (due to project mobility and access requirements)- Fluency in English required;
Spanish language skillsare advantageous- Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.G.
