Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. What will you do?
As a Proxy Product Owner, you will support the Product Owner of the Core Services team in managing the product backlog and providing support to the platform’s user teams. You will play a key role in ensuring alignment between technical development and business needs.
Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, etc.) as a representative of the PO.
* Write clear and detailed user stories based on functional and technical requirements.
* Act as a liaison between the Core Services team and the platform’s consuming teams.
* Monitor development progress and ensure proper understanding of requirements by the team.
* Contribute to product roadmap definition and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Support continuous improvement of product management processes and tools.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Proxy PO, Business Analyst, or similar role.
* Solid understanding of technical environments (software platforms, APIs, connectivity…).
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment.
* Experience in IoT, embedded systems, or Edge Computing is a plus.
