The Lead (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support tasks and may provide onsite training to customer support personnel.
This job profile is intended for experienced support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations.## **Required Education*** Intermediate or Advanced Electromechanical Technician (equivalent to FP I / FP II) or equivalent hands-on experience.## **Specific Knowledge*** Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Training (Nivel Básico) and safety training related to the risks of the specific work area..* Valid driver’s license.# **Purpose of the Role**Ensure the delivery of high‐quality service in the maintenance and repair of equipment both in the workshop and at customer sites.
