Volinga is a deep tech company developing cutting-edge solutions for the Media & Entertainment industry, with a focus on 3D scene reconstruction and real-time rendering using AI.
We help studios and creators digitize real-world environments into photorealistic 3D assets through advanced technologies like Gaussian Splatting and radiance fields.
We’re looking for a curious, driven and sharp communicator to join Volinga as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
At Volinga, SDRs play a crucial role in fueling the growth of the company by identifying and connecting with studios, creators, and technology teams who can benefit from our cutting-edge 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) solutions for virtual production and real-time environments.
This role is an ideal entry point into the world of B2B tech sales, and a launchpad for a long-term career in business development, partnerships, or even customer success. Many of the best VPs of Sales and GTM leaders started their journey as SDRs—and we’re building a team where your growth can be just as exponential.
You’ll be joining a high-potential startup at the intersection of AI, 3D graphics and media production, where innovation is constant and ideas are tested fast. We follow structured processes, but we’re not afraid to challenge them. We want you to bring critical thinking, creativity, and energy to the table—and to contribute to our experimental mindset.
You’ll gain hands-on experience talking to customers from top studios, VFX teams, and creative agencies, and will be in direct contact with decision-makers across the Media & Entertainment industry. This is a fast-paced role that will push you to improve your communication, sharpen your thinking, and build habits of discipline and resilience. In return, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that will help you learn fast, and sell even faster.
Tasks to be performed:
* Contact potential clients according to a company list that will be provided to you.
* Qualify if there are business possibilities through telephone calls, email, or other forms of communication.
* Identify the decision-makers and what their needs are and discuss how we can solve them.
* Schedule appointments for account executives.
* Guarantee the transfer of the potential client information to the system.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies for
generating new clients and target accounts.
Required skills, experience and candidate profile:
* You want to start a career in the sales department in B2B technology environments
* You have a commercial nature.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You are proactive, enthusiastic, organized and you like to work for objectives
* You have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
* Proficient in English.
* No experience is required.
* Part time, Monday to Thursday 14:00 to 19:00.
* Fix salary + 30% variable based on goals.
