The Business Development team seeks to recruit an Expert Trainer specialized in beauty: makeup, skincare, and haircare.
Reporting to the Head of Category, you will be responsible for delivering training on brand content, sales methodologies, and retail monitoring aligned with brand and category strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Train clients and beauty advisors on products and services related to the brands and categories.
* Convey brand values to distribution channels and provide ongoing support at points of sale.
* Develop and implement global or tailored training programs for clients and staff; measure performance and adjust plans accordingly.
* Participate in creating new training activities.
* Manage the My Beauty Corner online training platform and develop its content.
* Enhance online sales strategies for our products across categories.
* Support service, sales, and customer experience improvements through targeted training on products, sales techniques, and recruitment.
* Assist in onboarding new Beauty Advisors through an effective integration program.
* Develop sampling strategies to boost recruitment and cross-category sales.
* Support Point of Sale Managers in enhancing technical and product knowledge of outsourced teams.
* Monitor competition and report on new trends and products.
* Track KPIs such as productivity, contacts, MBC registrations, MS scores, and conversion rates.
SKILLS:
* Willingness to travel frequently.
* Excellent communication skills and empathy.
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering an excellent shopping experience.
* Expertise in makeup, facial beauty, hair, and coloring.
* Several years of experience as a trainer in strategic projects.
* Knowledge of the beauty industry.
