What you´ll do
* Execute replenishment activities across Henkel’s global distribution network, monitoring shortage alerts for the SKP brand portfolio.
* Collaborate with demand planners to validate sales forecasts and ensure accuracy within the planning system.
* Work closely with the Logistics Execution team to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Proactively monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations; manage obsolete, slow-moving, blocked, and excess inventory through strategic actions.
* Secure replenishment processes considering customer requirements and shortage alerts.
* Cooperate with Master Data Administrators to maintain accurate planning master data.
* Collaborate with NPI Coordinator to manage product lifecycle in the planning system, including phase-in and phase-out of stocks.
* Generate supply chain reports, organize regular calls, and propose continuous improvement initiatives (CI).
* Control the quality of end-to-end planning for the SKP portfolio, achieving target KPIs (service level and inventory targets).
* Independently drive process improvement initiatives in collaboration with global supply planning teams.
* Develop optimized planning processes aligned with global standards and implement corrective actions.
What makes you a good fit
* Industrial engineering, Business Administration or educational background related, valuable a master degree.
* 1-2 years of experience as intern or employee in supply chain management project management
* Digital expertise in analytical tools like Excel, Power BI or similar
* Fluent level of English and valuable other language.
* Good team player and attitude to improve processes and projects.
