FILLING FRAGRANCES SHIFT LEADER
Granollers filling fragrances area is recruiting a Shift leader to manage and control Safety, quality, service and cost according to the company targets. Please note that the working hours of this role are fixed afternoon shift, however we can discuss the preferences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Shift Leader you are responsible for managing and controlling safety, quality, services, and cost control according with the company targets.
Your main focus:
1. Ensure adherence to the safety rules, apply countermeasures, and do the first analysis when an event occurs during the shift.
2. Quality management during the shift, ensure teams applying the quality standards. Do the first analysis when an event occurs during the shift and manage countermeasures and reworks when it’s needed.
3. Be aware of the service needs and urgencies and react when it’s needed according with the standard defined.
4. Manage the cost of the lines acting according the scalation process when OEE, speed or HC get out of the target.
5. Manage the resources according with the priorities defined.

The team consists of filling operators and line leaders, and you will work closely together with several departments such as maintenance and engineering. Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, innovate, and try new ideas.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to deal with technical and personal management. As an experienced Shift Leader you work with agility to resolve problems and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
6. Superior degree in technical fields (engineering or similar).
7. Production processes experience in the manufacturing industry.
8. 3 shifts and weekend rotative shift pattern availability.
9. Teams’ management experience.
10. SAP skills will be appreciated.
11. Communication and interpersonal skills.
