**About us**:
Ferrovial Airports is one of the world’s leading private airport investors and operators. It currently operates a portfolio of four airports in the United Kingdom: Heathrow, with a 25% stake, and a 50% stake in AGS Airports, which owns Aberdeen, Glasgow, and Southampton airports. Through its Ferrovial Vertiports division, Ferrovial Airports is developing a network of agnostic vertiports in Europe and the United States. Vertiports are the essential infrastructure for the safe take-off, landing, and recharging of electrical vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
**Functions**:
- Provide support in coordinating and overseeing the technical analysis of the offers presented by the company.
- Support in studying and analyzing the technical and operational variables that affect the calculation of the financial model, associated with the project's typology.
- Supervise tasks carried out by subcontractors and third parties aimed at estimating demand, revenue, costs, and infrastructure investments in offers presented by the division.
- Provide support in implementing the Business Plan with proper cost and revenue optimization and risk management.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of appropriate financial and strategic KPIs previously established for each asset, to ensure that established objectives are met according to investment criteria.
- Prepare reports on the proper functioning of airports.
**Requirements**:
- Academic background: Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering.
- Knowledge in Finance is desirable.
- Experience in the transportation consulting sector and/or airports is valued.
- High level of English.
- High level of Excel.
