Must-Have Technical Requirements
Ph D in Chemistry
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
Strong hands-on experience in experimental chemistry and with an industrial mindset We will consider two technical profiles, both requiring a strong practical and applied orientation:
1. Analytical Chemistry Profile
Experience in quantification, method development, and method validation
Advanced operation of GC-MS (setup, optimization, troubleshooting)
Preparation of complex samples and handling of industrial matrices
Critical interpretation of chromatograms and spectra
Ensuring data traceability, integrity, and reliability
Analytical documentation and reporting for R& D, quality, and production
Analytical support for pilot-scale and industrial processes
Work under GLP, safety, and quality standards 2. Organic Chemistry Profile
Experience in organic synthesis and reaction optimization
Active involvement in process scale-up (laboratory to pilot scale)
Development and optimization of chemical routes with focus on yield, selectivity, and reproducibility
Characterization of products, intermediates, and by-products
Strong interaction with analytical techniques (GC-MS) for validation
Evaluation of process variables, impurity control, and mass balance
Technical documentation and process transfer
Compliance with industrial safety, quality, and operational standards Minimum Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial environments, pilot plants, or industrial application of R& D
(biotechnology, industrial chemistry) Demonstrated experience in:
Advanced operation of GC-MS

Coordinate and supervise daily laboratory activities to ensure efficiency and technical excellence

Lead and develop technical teams, defining tasks, priorities, and objectives
Implement, optimize, and validate analytical methods and/or chemical processes
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards
Collaborate closely with production, quality, engineering, and management teams
