The Biologicals business is new to Corteva and will experience rapid growth over the next 5 years. Integration of our demand and supply processes across Symborg, Stoller, and Corteva will be critical to enable this growth. As a master scheduler, you will work closely with both the Biologicals Supply Leader and IO Leader, as well as regional supply teams, to enable plans to meet supply and inventory goals. Additionally,
you will collaborate with the Biologicals Project Manager to lead supply projects within your region to establish the supply network.Master Scheduler:
Take direction from the Biologicals Supply Leader to establish expectations on the new S&OP processes for Biologicals.Develop and maintain the monthly Supply Plans for products within a regional biologicals portfolio over the planning horizon (Months 4-24).Set up a feasible and attainable production plan for the CY+2 Month Horizon and document system settings.Translate demand requirements and supply capability into a time-phased supply and inventory plan in monthly resolution over the IBP horizon that satisfies expected demand, is capacity feasible, and minimizes business costs.Manage quarterly ending inventory projections for each asset with detailed inventory health.Analyze, monitor, and implement changes per the Biologicals S&OP process, identifying potential issues and risks, and escalate as necessary.Facilitate communication with Regional Supply Chain Leaders, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Sourcing functions to balance supply and demand in the mid-term horizon. Communicate issues to Export Partners and Demand Managers, and inform regional leaders of gaps. Maintain RCCP for assets and participate in long-term capacity planning. Conduct a 12-month feasibility analysis.Project Leader:
Follow directives from the Global Supply Project leader to identify new launches and supply chain improvements.Establish project expectations, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Define, execute, and maintain project plans, timelines, stakeholder communication, and control plans for assigned projects.Represent Supply on the Innovation Management Network Team and other relevant teams.Keys to Success:

2-5 years of experience in planning, leadership, and organization.Highly recommended:
Six Sigma Green Belt certification, APICS CPIM.Preferred:
Operations, scheduling, and planning experience;
Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner certifications;
SAP/APO/BW training;
Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business;
proficiency in SAP, APO, IBP, S&OP, Excel, Power BI;
financial acumen;
understanding of supply chain fundamentals (CSCP);
data analysis skills.
