In this role you drive the global GTM, positioning and commercialization of Straumann's AXS digital platform as the core of our Integrated Digital Ecosystem. You bridge product, commercial and customer success teams to accelerate adoption and scalable growth across markets. You lead end-to-end launches and ensure regionally consistent execution with local adaptation. You help shape the ecosystem strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and tell the integration story across scanners, software and services.

• Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for AXS
• Shape product positioning, messaging, and differentiation within the digital ecosystem
• Translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans aligned with revenue targets
• Develop scalable sales enablement tools (pitch decks, playbooks, value frameworks)
• Partner with regional teams to drive sell-in/sell-out through direct and indirect channels
• Support key deals and strategic accounts with tailored value propositions
• Build deep understanding of customer needs (clinics, labs, DSOs)
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform roadmap
• Lead global launches of new AXS features and services
• Ensure consistent execution across regions with local adaptation
• Monitor product performance and optimize lifecycle strategies
• Act as the central interface between Product, Sales, Clinical, and Marketing
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions (CCS), ClearCorrect and partner ecosystem teams
• Align stakeholders on priorities, messaging and execution
• Drive integration storytelling across scanners, software and treatment solutions
• Support ecosystem expansion (partners, xpzdshu APIs, workflows)
• Position AXS as the backbone of Straumann's digital platform strategy
Responsabilidades
• 8-12+ years in product marketing, preferably in medtech, SaaS or digital platforms
• Strong experience in global roles with multi-market execution
• Proven track record in launching and scaling digital solutions
• Experience with channel ecosystems and indirect sales models
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value
• Fluent in English; other languages are an asset
• Willingness to travel 30-40%
