Lavasource are general technology consultants helping enterprises choose, implement, and succeed with Workforce, HR and Payroll technologies. We're building a community from scratch for interim executives, independent consultants, and our partners. You'll start with zero members and shape culture, engagement, and strategic value from day one.
You'll Build
- A closer (slack) community of technologists and enterprise HR leaders from the ground up — design culture, norms, and engagement mechanics for three distinct personas (clients, contractors, staff)
- Multi-platform presence — combine Slack + Tight Knit to create the experience
- Client relationship maintenance — keep past clients engaged between delivery phases and spot expansion opportunities
- Strategic listening — surface customer intelligence to execs and account leaders
- Team + operations — mentor a CS grad coordinator handling research, content, and holiday cover
You Have
- 3+ years building and moderating professional/technical communities from launch
- Track record of sustained engagement in communities of 1,000+ members
- Hands-on experience with Slack, Tight Knit, automations (Zapier, Make.Com), and gamification
- Low friction with internal teams—you can get people excited about contributing
- Bonus: Account management, customer retention, or SaaS/HR tech experience

This is a fully remote role, working closely with leadership in London;
Marketing Manager(SA),Sales Ops and our graduates pool (Mauritius).
